John Wunder
John is the co-founder and owner of Wunder Sports Ent., Inc and Hopewell Tennis and Swim Center, Inc. A United States Tennis Professional Registry (PTR) certified pro, John has held many tennis titles and rankings both nationally and locally. In 1982, he was the youngest individual ever appointed as Head Coach of the University of Scranton Tennis Team. John was inducted in 1993 to his University's Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding tennis career. With more than 25 years experience, John is well known for his analytical expertise and innovative teaching techniques. Many of his students have attained local and national rankings. He has coached several area teaching and touring pros, including Hopewell's own Mike Miller, who he began coaching during their junior years! John serves on several area tennis boards, councils, and charitable events.
